The Oyster Barons Menu

At The Oyster Barons, our menu is a true celebration of oyster diversity showcasing the exclusivity and differences of coastal merroir. Each oyster we select is carefully sourced from renowned coastal regions. Its a difference you can taste. Our offerings include a variety of briny East Coast favorites to the notoriously sweet West Coast gems, allowing guests to sample a wide range of tastes and textures. Our unique sauces and mignonettes, created in-house, elevate the experience leaving diners with a palate of unforgettable flavors.

In addition to oysters, we feature an array of decadent seafood options such as mignonettes of all kinds, littleneck clams, shrimp cocktail, and various caviars.

However, if there is something in particular you are looking for that is not on our menu, special accommodations may be made! Dietary restrictions are always accommodated.
